When booking online a booking fee is taken of £20.00. This is to hold the

To secure your appointment a £20.00 booking fee is required when booking online. This fee is taken to ensure the time slot is reserved for you and allows us to manage the schedually efficently.
The treatments provided require set up and preparation time, dedicated equipment and products are used so this contributes to the essentials needed to carry out your appointment.
The booking fee is deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day. Please note that this fee is non-refundable in the event of late cancellation or no shows in line with our cancellation policy.
The fee can be moved with an appointment if done in the correct time frame.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes schedules and circumstances change. To ensure that we can accommodate all clients, we kindly ask that you give at least 48 hours notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment. This allows the space held for your appointment to be re-offered or filled.
Appointments cancelled between 48-24 hours before, at the clinicians discretion, can be re-made free of charge.
Booking fee of £20.00 will be retained for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice given.
Missed appointments will be charged at a minimum of £20.00 or at £25.00 per 40 minutes of allocated time.
